Film Coating is a thin polymer-based coat applied to seeds. The thickness of such a coating usually varies as per the seed and its quantity. Plants and seeds are attacked by insects, moulds, bacteria, fungi & rodents. Film coating protects it during storage, germination and growth.

    Corp Seed Coat Rates / 1 kg. Seed
    Cotton 3 to 8 g.
    Corn 2 to 10 g.
    Canola 3 to 8 g.
    Vegetable 6 to 12 g.
    Sunflower 6 to 15 g.
    Sorghum 3 to 8 g.
    Wheat 2 to 8 g.
    Bajara 3 to 6 g.
    Mustard 3 to 6 g.

    Seed Treatment Procedure for 1kg Seeds.

    Now tumbler mix the seeds for 10 minutes till the coating is uniform. Air dry the coated seeds in open air for 1 to 2 hrs.
